Return & Exchange Policy

At Soteria Clothings, we take great pride in the craftsmanship, quality, and luxury of every piece we create. Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Free of stains, perfume, makeup, or damage
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items that show signs of wear or are returned outside the return window will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and specialty reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Intimates and undergarments
  • Bodysuits
  • Accessories (belts, jewelry, scarves, hats)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom-made or tailored items
  • Limited edition pre-order pieces
3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size changes
  • Colour changes (if available)
  • Manufacturing defects

Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos and a brief description
  • We will arrange a return label and replace or refund the item

Damage due to wear, improper handling, or cleaning is not considered a manufacturing defect.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued as:

  • Store credit (default)
  • Original payment method (upon request and approval)

Please allow 5-7business days for processing after the item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or order error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if the item has not shipped.
Custom or pre-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

8. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping
  • Customs, duties, or import fees
  • Any clearance delays that may occur
