At Soteria Clothings, every order is prepared with intentional care and excellence. Our goal is to provide a seamless, reliable, and elevated delivery experience for every client. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During new collection launches or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Pre-order and custom items have their own stated production timelines and will ship once completed.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Canada (Domestic Shipping)
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
United States
  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
International Shipping
  • Standard International: 7–14 business days
  • Express International: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and preferred delivery speed.
Duties, customs, and import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Pre-orders and made-to-order pieces ship according to their specified production timeline.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Soteria Clothings is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Customs or import delays


However, our support team will do everything possible to assist you.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery notice
  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
Custom items, tailored pieces, and pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

9. Shipping During Holidays

Please expect longer processing and delivery timelines during holidays and major sales periods.
